Job Details

Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance:
Maintain and rebuild machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment; monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections. - Installation and Monitoring:
Assist with new equipment installation; monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals. - Repair and Replacement:
Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components.
- Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience, including pneumatic valves and controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment‑specific training; good hand‑eye coordination.
- Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs, and work in various climates. - Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules.
- Experience & Rehire Criteria: 6 months of industrial maintenance experience, 90 days since last term date, not eligible if terminated 3 times.
- Work Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday work required if needed; collaborate with other maintenance personnel.
