• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Experience with metal sorting is a plus but not required, including ability to distinguish metals and recognize safety hazards.
• Frequently lift 25 lbs or more to carry or push objects up to 100 ft.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all weather elements.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
