Retail Customer Service Cashier

Overview

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring cashiers for full-time and part-time opportunities. Our cashiers work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean spaces while delivering friendly, fast, and accurate service. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use available methods and technology to ensure proper food safety for fresh food and deli products.
• Maintain cleanliness of your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles may be required.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
