Overview

Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA (Auto Zone). Provides WOW! Customer Service, helps customers find automotive parts, maintains inventory, assists with product selection, and supports store operations to drive sales and deliver a positive retail experience.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow proper point of sale procedures, and support loss prevention and financial controls.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age: 16 years old to apply.

  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

  Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Communication:
  Strong people skills and bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
• Experience:
  
  Prior automotive retail experience.
• Certifications:
  
  ASE Certification is a plus.
