• Stock shelves and refill displays.
• Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
• Condition shelves and products; apply product knowledge, such as rotation dates, shelf and label info, to meet A+ Standards.
• Keep the department clean and well‑organized (back room and shelves).
• Apply SOPs and leader direction; ensure compliance with federal, state, and company product safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently with a team attitude; maintain productivity standards.
• Take constructive feedback and improve future tasks.
• May coach and train other stockers.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.

• Operate with a team mindset; build relationships across departments.
• Learn and model customer service and hospitality with customers and store partners.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience stocking and customer service is preferred.
• Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus.
• Forklift / power jack training provided upon hire.

• Understanding of SOPs and emergency procedure guidance.
• Excellent communication and reading/writing skills.
• Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
• Customer service mentality.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 100‑plus lbs).
• Ability to think on feet and work with agility.
• Team orientation to meet nightly goals and multitask.
• Attention to detail and personal discipline in following SOPs.
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Constantly reach at waist, grasp; frequently stand, walk, bend.
• Occasionally reach overhead, shoulder, knee, floor; stoop, squat, crouch, kneel; climb stairs, pivot, twist; push/pull with arms, pinch, fine motor movements.
• Occasionally exposed to cold, loud noise, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs (Grocery), 66 lbs (Drugstore), 86 lbs (Dairy), 60 lbs (Frozen), 60 lbs (General Merchandise); manage in excess of 100 lbs.
