Tri Corps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in Seguin, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Officers will provide a strong security presence through vigilance, customer service, and adherence to Tri Corps’ standards of integrity and excellence.

• Monitor and control access to client properties while ensuring authorized entry.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security-related incidents.
• Conduct patrols and observe activities to deter unauthorized behavior or safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client requests to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all situations.
• Uphold Tri Corps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.

• Positions available in Seguin, Texas and surrounding areas.
• Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
• Valid State
