QA Manager

Our client, Food & Beverage manufacturing industry is seeking a QA Manager to join their team. As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Manager

• Oversee and maintain food safety and quality programs including SQF, HACCP, Organic, and Kosher certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and improve product standards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on food safety practices and quality procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in high-speed food or beverage manufacturing.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in quality assurance roles.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality program requirements, including SQF and HACCP.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
