Shift Manager role at McDonald’s (franchisee-operated restaurant)

This posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, staffing, and scheduling.

Description

We’re looking for an energetic leader who can keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure high service standards, and drive a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor shift activities to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Lead crew and other managers during shifts, coaching and supporting team members.
  • Ensure safety, security, and profitability of the restaurant.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to enable seamless transitions.
  • Help departments meet their operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • 1 week paid vacation after 1 year as a Manager (based on average hours worked)
