The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a small, ambitious Yorkshire team as part of a long-term regional growth strategy. The role will play a key part in pricing and tendering new affordable housing developments, working closely with the wider business during the pre-construction phase.

This is a hands-on position offering real visibility across projects and the chance to influence schemes from an early stage within a supportive, growing regional team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost plans and tender submissions for new affordable housing developments

Working closely with land, technical, and commercial teams during pre-construction

Providing cost advice and commercial input throughout the tender process

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with supply chain partners

About You

Experience as an Estimator, ideally within residential or social housing development
Candidates from a civil engineering or groundworks background will also be considered

Strong commercial and analytical capability

Comfortable working within a small, growing team environment

Based within commutable distance of North Yorks (hybrid working supported)
