Senior Estimator

The business has an established track record in the North and has successfully expanded into Yorkshire, with further regional growth underway. With secured funding, live developments, and a strong forward pipeline, this is an opportunity to join a company at an exciting but stable stage of its growth.

An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a small, ambitious Yorkshire team as part of a long-term regional growth strategy. The role will play a key part in pricing and tendering new affordable housing developments, working closely with the wider business during the pre-construction phase.

This is a hands-on position offering real visibility across projects and the chance to influence schemes from an early stage within a supportive, growing regional team.

• Preparing cost plans and tender submissions for new affordable housing developments

• Working closely with land, technical, and commercial teams during pre-construction

• Providing cost advice and commercial input throughout the tender process

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with supply chain partners

• Experience as an Estimator, ideally within residential or social housing development
  Candidates from a civil engineering or groundworks background will also be considered

• Strong commercial and analytical capability

• Comfortable working within a small, growing team environment

• Based within commutable distance of North Yorks (hybrid working supported)
