Skilled Operatives / Multi-Skilled Ground workers

West Suffolk (YO8)

Full Time - Site Based

PAYE (Weekly Pay)

Length - Starting Monday 18th May - 2 weeks work only

We're looking for two reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a busy infrastructure project in West Suffolk. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals with strong site experience who are comfortable working across a variety of groundworks and general site duties.

• Kerbing and concreting works
• Subbase placement and compaction
• Installing and maintaining temporary fencing
• Supporting general site setup and maintenance activities
• Assisting with day-to‑day groundworks and civil engineering tasks
• Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
• Ensuring work areas remain tidy, organised, and compliant with site safety standards

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• The following tickets are required:
• CPCS Roller under 5 tonnes
• Abrasive Wheels
• Previous experience within groundworks, civils, or infrastructure projects
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
• Good awareness of health and safety on site
