Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting for a Service Advisor in the United Kingdom. You will deliver the highest level of customer experience, managing the flow of information between the workshop and customers in a fast-paced environment.
You will build strong customer relationships, identify service needs, and liaise with the workshop to ensure accurate time frames and smooth handovers. A minimum of 1 year in a service advisor role is required; RTC Kerridge/ADP experience is preferred but training
