A great EYFS Teacher will be:

* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Early Years.

* Skilled in delivering purposeful play and adapting lessons to meet diverse developmental needs.

* Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to supporting pupil wellbeing.

* Reflective, nurturing, creative and passionate about high-quality early years education.
