Supply Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
* Assist the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
* Support the learning and development of all pupils in the classroom.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of fun, safe, and stimulating activities in the After School Club.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals. Requirements:
* Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Key Stage 2.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils.
* A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
