September 2026 Pay Scale: M1-UPS3 TLR A community-focused mainstream primary school in Banbury, Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced and motivated Year 3 Teacher with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) to join their Key Stage 2 team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher ready to take on additional responsibility and contribute to whole-school improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum Leading a curriculum area or phase responsibility as part of the TLR role Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development in Year 3 Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment Applying effective behaviour management strategies Using assessment to inform teaching and raise attainment Collaborating with KS2 colleagues and contributing to a supportive team culture Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate Participating in the wider life and strategic development of the school Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Previous experience teaching in KS2 is essential, and experience in a leadership or subject lead role is desirable.
