As soon as possible About the Role Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative based in the Selby, York area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. You'll be joining a friendly, hardworking team with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Main Duties of A Yard Operative Sorting recyclable materials such as metal, plastic, and wood (no food waste) Working on a picking line, separating materials into designated chutes Carrying out general yard duties Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Supporting team members to ensure efficient waste processing
