Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help us maintain our high standards day after day. You’ll motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and oversee store operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
In return, you’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) for a 40-hour contract, with £2.00 extra per hour on bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, plus 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and pension
