Maintenance Mechanics keep our operations running by ensuring equipment and machinery remain in top condition. Level C Mechanics handle routine preventative maintenance and repairs, building a foundation for a long‑term career. This role offers a skills‑based pay model and access to certified training programs.

• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspection.
• Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, prevent and report unsafe acts and conditions, lockout‑tagout procedures, and process safety management.

• High School Diploma/GED or vocational training.
• Entry‑level general maintenance with 0–3 years prior work‑related experience, including on‑the‑job and informal training.
• Understanding of basic theory, practical knowledge, and skills to function as an entry‑level mechanic safely.
• Proof of proficiency in at least one of the following technical skill areas:
  • Maintenance Fundamentals
  • Electrical Power
  • Mechanical Concepts
  • Electrical Controls
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Analog & Drive Control
  • PLCs
  • Welding SMAW
  • Welding GTAW
• Additional general maintenance skills such as welding (Arc/Stick/TIG), math for mechanics, assembly, conveyors, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication and safety.
• Certificates are preferred.
