2nd Shift Refrigeration Mechanic – Level C; OJT

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Level C Refrigeration mechanic on 2nd shift. The role covers routine refrigeration preventative maintenance and repairs, with on-the-job training for plant refrigeration equipment. At entry level, no RETA certification is required yet; enrollment/completion of RETA Level I within 6 months is expected.

Work under supervision for all repairs and maintenance. Qualifications include HS/Technical education, 1–2 years related HVAC experience, and Haz Mat training.
