Typical DayAs a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future. You will help people make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building strong client relationships over time.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is $16.50 – $27.00 per hour
. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans; qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage, the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)), the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, the associate discount program;
they are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance and receive Associate Tax Prep benefits.
