Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business, including menu delivery and staff motivation for excellent guest service.
  • Maintain revenue, profitability and quality goals while ensuring efficient restaurant operation and high production standards.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to celebrate special occasions or conduct work meetings in our bakery‑cafe.
  • Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual or full‑service, high‑volume restaurants preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Availability for approximately 50‑hour work week, rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to commute up to 25‑30 miles each way.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Self‑motivation, independence and initiative.
  • Passion for teamwork and a genuine friendly attitude toward guests and staff.
  • Creative ability to engage the community and drive sales.
  • 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
