General Manager; Exp in M&E​/Main Con & Sub

VB Responsibilities

• Ensure all M&E works are completed on schedule and comply with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Communicate, coordinate, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Lead and support the site team—including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators—to meet quality standards, consultants’ specifications, and clients’ expectations.
• Attend project site CCM meetings and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements, in alignment with the overall M&E master schedule.
• Supervise all M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Review site M&E Variation Orders and report progress or issues to the HQ.
• Conduct M&E site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshoot technical issues as necessary.
• Review consultant technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and design intent to identify discrepancies and resolve M&E-related issues, including issuing RFIs where required.
• Lead monthly M&E meetings and manage the full spectrum of M&E coordination and control.
• Address and resolve M&E-related issues during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Participate in Design & Build (D&B) projects alongside consultants and architects.
