Technical Specialist Aerospace; Noon Shift

• 1-year contract with a strong possibility of conversion to permanent based on performance.
• Completion Bonus upon fulfilling the contract.
• Noon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

As a vital link in the production ecosystem, you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams to ensure optimal product performance and top-tier quality.
• Manage product definitions and work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Lead root cause analysis, implement quality improvements (8D, FTQP), and support customer return investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen), monitor key metrics (R1, FPY), and coordinate exciting new product introductions.
• Partner with the Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, or a related field.
• Min 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment.
• Industry Edge: Prior experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is highly preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for precision and quality.
• Able to commit to Noon shift and on a 1 year renewable / convertible contract basis.
