Encompass Borders is seeking a Community Navigator to provide person-centred support to disabled people facing complex barriers to social care and independent living. The role works with statutory services, health, housing, benefits, and third sector organisations to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include home visits, advocacy, and cross-service navigation. The ideal candidate will have disability experience, strong communication, and local area knowledge in the Scottish Borders.
