Location: Sellersburg, Indiana, USA Type: Per Diem Schedule: 2-8-hour shifts
Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a per-diem opportunity for an RN - Home Health in Sellersburg, IN. This assignment offers flexible 2-hour to 8-hour day shifts, allowing you to build a schedule that suits your lifestyle while earning $72.50 per hour providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing health conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other physician-ordered services
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and recovery plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
- Identify changes in patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life within the home setting
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Home Health, Med-Surg, Rehabilitation, or a related specialty
- Active Indiana RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required
