Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that the grounds of the community are attractive, orderly, and healthy. • Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

• Previous experience in groundskeeping and/or basic maintenance.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.

• Inspects grounds daily for needed repairs such as gutters, downspouts, roofing, siding, water leaks, HVAC units, etc.
• Keep walkways, driveways, and other areas free from debris and litter.
• Plant, weed, and water flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf collection.
• Assists with maintenance work orders.
• Completes make-ready process of vacant units as directed by the Property Manager, including repairs, cleaning and painting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
