• Provide consistent, reliable overnight companionship and client engagement
• Assist clients with evening and morning personal care and hygiene routines
• Prepare healthy evening meals/snacks and manage overnight nutritional needs
• Complete light housekeeping to keep the home environment clean and safe
• Help clients safely navigate mobility in and around their living space during the night
• Provide timely medication reminders
• Adapt to additional non-medical care needs as requested

• Proven caregiving experience (family, facility, or agency settings)
• Full, consistent availability for the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep patience, empathy, and professional integrity
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
• Must successfully pass a background check
