Job OverviewThe Stock Control Coordinator is a key position supporting profitability, inventory turnover, and accident prevention. The role receives, tracks, and delivers in‑house inventory, troubleshoots discrepancies, partners with purchasing, manufacturing, and service parts, and supports customer shipments.

- Receive inventory, print receipt labels, verify, deliver MRO items, and manage returns using JDE or RFSmart.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues such as receipt overages, over‑shipped inventory, inaccurate counts, and other discrepancies.
- Publish and distribute reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily customer order report, “picks”, and execution tracking.
- Verify stock levels and adjust picks accordingly.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute work orders and drawing guides to supervisors.
- Maintain spreadsheets, graphs, and documentation to support goals.
- Scan proof of deliveries and coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting.
- Obtain and report material that does not meet standards.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of product or parts.
- Knowledge of inventory movement practices.
- Embrace change with minimal notice.
- Accurate entry of inventory movements and corrections.
- Review orders and distribute to pickers efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; JDE knowledge a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and record‑keeping skills.
- Ability to sit 3–5 hours daily; frequent walking.
- Valid driver’s license; forklift license if required.
- Lift up to 50 lbs; able to work overtime and/or weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- 3+ years related experience.
