Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg RN for a quick-start contract in Selma, AL. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to providing high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement treatment plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education as needed
- Active Alabama RN license (or compact license)
- Recent Med/Surg experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
