• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process:
  Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as needed.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, supervisors, and team members as appropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning processes.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Associate’s degree required.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Required Skills:
  
  Valid RN license to practice in Alabama.
