Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Developing nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicating changes in patient conditions with physicians, supervisors, and team members.
• Participating in discharge planning processes.

• Associate’s degree required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Alabama.
