Home Team Associate – Walmart

Hourly wage: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They ensure that home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
