Customer Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Selma, TX. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

• Serve as the first point of contact for water, fire, mold damage, environmental testing, and restoration inquiries. Answer calls promptly with empathy and concern for the caller’s needs.
• Schedule technicians for projects and notify homeowners of arrival times and scope of work.
• Follow up regularly with homeowners during mitigation and restoration processes.
• Use pre-populated email scripts from Google Drive, personalize as needed, and update fields accordingly.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
