• Oversees day-to-day operations of the department
• Manage plant maintenance employees and activities
• Accesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
• Set up Preventive Maintenance activities

• Experience in a union food-manufacturing environment.
• Manage Projects and Budgets
• Experience in PM development
• PLC experience
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus
• Strong people skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills

• 5 years of maintenance experience with 2-3 years in a maintenance leadership role

• Must be available to work all shifts (Assigned shift and assist with coverage as needed)
