You will make an immediate impact as an active member of a diverse Quality Assurance team to ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality beef products from Central Valley’s premier family-owned business.

• We’d love it if you have prior QA experience.
• You will perform activity monitoring, troubleshooting, and data collection, verifying the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Systems are functioning as designed.

• Depending on the position, you may work in temperatures around 40°F for 8+ hours with the need to perform physically intense activities and/or exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
