Fiesta Auto Insurance is hiring motivated, competitive, and sales-driven individuals for an in-office Insurance Sales Representative position.

This is not a traditional desk or administrative position. You will speak with customers, identify their insurance needs, recommend products, follow up with leads, ask for the sale, and help grow your office.

Insurance experience is not required. Fiesta provides paid training and supports qualified candidates through the California insurance licensing process. However, applicants must be comfortable speaking with customers, making outbound calls, handling rejection, and working toward measurable sales goals.

Potential to earn $55,000-$100,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance sales from incoming customers, leads, referrals, renewals, and follow-up opportunities
• Provide insurance quotes and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Explain pricing, coverage, and available services clearly
• Ask for the sale and work toward individual and office performance goals
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, previous customers, and current policyholders
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet purchased
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Build customer relationships that generate renewals and referrals
• Assist with payments, renewals, policy changes, and other policy-service needs
• Support local marketing, promotions, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate customer records, policy information, and follow-up notes
• Complete daily office, documentation, and customer-service responsibilities
• Contribute to a professional, energetic, and goal-oriented office environment

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Sales, retail, restaurant, call-center, banking, collections, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a California Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days. Felony or misdemeanor convictions may delay the licensing process.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years old
