* Roles and Responsibilities:
*** Create shipping and loading schedules for night crew picking and shipping operations.
* Create picks for builders and loading schedules for loaders and assist when help is needed.
* Generate all paperwork and complete driver packages to be ready for dispatching of loads.
* Schedule orders for pickup at outside cold storage by both Harris trucks and outside carriers.
* Update various Excel spreadsheets for management analysis.
* Answer phones and assist other department requests as needed.
* Other duties as required.## Qualifications
** Qualifications and Skills Needed:
*** Strong computer skills needed. Will require working with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Paycom and other in-house Warehouse Management Systems.
* Interpersonal skills a must – will work closely with Sales Department, Export Department, and other production departments in the facility.
* Ability to work independently and report
*
* Schedule:
*** Sunday thru Thursday 2:00PM – 10:30PM + May require some overtime. + May require temporary schedule changes to accommodate other clerk’s vacation or sick days.
