- Tidak sedang kuliah
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Berpengalaman menjadi Admin Official Shopee minimal 6 bulan
- Paham cara kerja platform Shopee (Shopee Instan)
- Paham Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
- Responsif dalam melayani customer chat
- Kerja tim, cepat tanggap, rapi, cekatan, dan teliti
- Pemecahan masalah baik
- Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
- Paham akan pengarsipan
- Mengelola akun Official Shopee
- Update berbagai produk
- Standby chat untuk melayani customer dengan ramah, cepat, dan teliti
- Menangani pesanan: pengecekan order, update status, koordinasi dengan tim packing/gudang
- Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan (arsip)
- Melakukan riset kompetitor & tren produk untuk meningkatkan performa toko
Berdomisili Kota Yogyakarta dan bersedia ditempatkan di Mutia Pusat
