We are working exclusively with a lean, European-based clinical trial supply business that has built a strong reputation through delivery, integrity, and long‑term client relationships.

Rather than relying on conference‑heavy, outbound sales activity, the business has grown organically through key accounts, repeat business, and word of mouth. They operate a fully integrated model, delivering in house clinical trial supply services, and support a growing portfolio of pharma and small to mid‑sized biotech clients across Europe.

This is a newly created commercial role and a genuinely rare opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its evolution.

• Win new business with pharma and biotech clients across Europe
• Represent the business at a senior commercial level
• Build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy
• Contribute to the continued development and credibility of the BD function
• Operate autonomously without the need for close supervision

• Sales experience within the clinical trial supply space is absolutely essential
• Strong understanding of how sponsors and biotechs buy CTS services
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders within pharma and biotech
• Commercially astute, credible, and relationship‑driven
• Self‑sufficient and motivated by building something long‑term
• Strong cultural fit within a grounded, collaborative environment

Level is flexible. The business is open to Senior BD Manager through to Director‑level profiles, depending on experience and fit.
