Document and Customer Service - Semarang
Work in the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) role at Kintetsu World Express Indonesia, delivering excellent customer service in export/import freight forwarding operations.
Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years’ experience with a similar position in International Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics industry and operational procedures, including Customs Clearance.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Manage shipping schedule from liners and booking.
- Monitoring documents (BL process/production, manifest).
- Pre‑alert customer/destination office for departure, vessel delay, rollover over cargo or unclearance cargo.
- Follow up any issues/inquiries from customers/agents.
