Kualifikasi
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat
- Terbuka untuk freshgraduate dan non pengalaman
- Tidak sedang berkuliah aktif / offline
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting
- Berdomisili Semarang, Demak, Kendal, dan sekitarnya
- Dapat join cepat
- Menghubungi & mengingatkan nasabah yang terlambat melakukan pembayaran angsuran sebelum & sudah jatuh tempo melalui telpon (by sistem)
- Membantu nasabah jika ada kendala pembayaran dengan memberikan solusi
- Memberikan informasi tagihan: jumlah angsuran, tanggal jatuh tempo, denda keterlambatan (jika ada).
- Melaporkan rekapitulasi data berkala atas pembayaran rekening kredit untuk menghitung metrik penagihan.
- Menginput hasil percakapan dan solusi ke sistem CRM perusahaan.
