The Financial Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Semarang. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and supporting financial planning processes. The Financial Professional will prepare and analyze financial reports, track expenses and revenues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role includes collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights, supporting decision-making, and participating in periodic audits.
The position also involves maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.
- Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Ability in Financial Planning and budgeting to support short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing accurate statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial software tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Semarang.n
