Our offline/online commerce Beauty haul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.

• Mencapai target sell out BA yang ada di area nya
• Melakukan coaching, training, dan monitoring pada BA
• Mengindentifikasi kebutuhan training untuk setiap BA
• Memberikan laporan hasil kerja mingguan terkait (performa, kegiatan kompetitor, evaluasi promo, grooming, update display & visual )
• Update promo setiap bulannya ke semua tim BA dan memastikan promo berjalan sesuai periode
• Membuat hasil laporan pencapaian sales yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan
• Menjalankan tugas kunjungan ke toko sesuai dengan rencana kerja, koordinasi dengan tim VM ( update visual, acrylik & branding lain nya )

• Have at least 1 year experience as Team Leader(preferably Cosmetics Sales)
• Beauty Enthusiast
• Have good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Easy to socialise
