Creating business models, planning, and driving innovation to increase the number of visits and revenue of the hospital
Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to better understand patient needs at the hospital's location, grasp business opportunities, and as a basis for planning appropriate strategies
Establishing and developing business relationships with the surrounding environment of the hospital or other external parties (government agencies, public institutions, companies, etc.) to manage referrals
Evaluating, improving, and designing information and communication media related to the hospital's healthcare products and services to ensure effective and efficient information dissemination
Creating and analyzing healthcare service packages of the hospital based on the needs of departments/services existing in the hospital for the improvement of hospital service quality
