SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions within the SAP Analytics Cloud platform. SAC BI Analysts collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data visualizations. They optimize SAC applications for performance, provide technical support, and conduct user training to empower teams in leveraging analytics for strategic planning and reporting.

• Develop dashboard in SAP Analytics Cloud for operational and management reporting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAC applications.
• Participate in System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment of SAC solutions to ensure quality and successful rollout.
• Conduct training sessions for users on SAC functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Work with IT teams to integrate SAC with other enterprise systems.

• Lead solution design for complex reporting needs including executive dashboards, operational analytics, and cross-domain KPI frameworks such as finance and procurement dashboards.
• Define end‑to‑end SAC BI approach: story standards, dashboard patterns, performance strategy, and governance for scalable delivery.
• Establish security and role‑based design principles and align them with data access approaches across SAC and connected sources.
• Drive stakeholder management, delivery quality, and mentoring; provide estimations and delivery planning for BI scope.

• 0-2 Years hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, including creating dashboards, performing data validation, and utilizing SAC features for reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of BI fundamentals (KPIs, dimensions/measures, drill/filter concepts).
• Comfortable with Excel and basic data handling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize SAC applications.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of planning concepts (budget/forecast) is a plus.

• 5–8+ years experience in BI/analytics delivery; 3+ years leading SAC reporting implementations.
• Demonstrated end‑to‑end SAC development expertise, including story design, data modeling, deployment, and optimization across multiple projects.
• Strong architectural capability across integration, performance, governance, and secure analytics.
• Proven leadership in delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience integrating SAC with broader SAP analytics ecosystem (e.g., SAC with SAP‑managed semantic layers) and modern analytics roadmaps.
• Ability to oversee Planning add‑ons (versions, planning models/processes) as needed for future scope growth.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
