Kualifikasi
Lulus pendidikan formal minimal setingkat SMK.
Memiliki pengalaman relevan sesuai peran (Liaison Officer, Teknisi Standby).
Pengalaman di bidang IT Support minimal 1 tahun
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi terkait IT Support, ITSM, atau teknis perangkat IT.
Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan
Menguasai instalasi, konfigurasi, perawatan, dan perbaikan perangkat PC/Laptop, Printer, dan UPS
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting tingkat dasar hingga lanjut terhadap kendala hardware dan software
Memahami konsep jaringan dasar (LAN, WiFi, IP addressing) sebagai pendukung operasional perangkat
Familiar dengan tools endpoint management / remote support
Menangani insiden sesuai prosedur, SLA, dan prioritas layanan
Melakukan dokumentasi pekerjaan, pelaporan, dan administrasi layanan secara akurat
Mengelola koordinasi antar tim (Service Desk, Field Support, Supervisor)
Memiliki disiplin tinggi dalam pelaksanaan tugas lapangan dan kepatuhan prosedur
