Operate and manage the CNC machining line, monitor production progress, and create CNC programs.
Improve machining conditions, productivity, and cost efficiency through Kaizen activities.
Select, manage, and improve cutting tools and fixtures.
Create and manage measurement programs for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations.
Provide technical guidance, skills training, and on-the-job training (OJT) for line operators.
Promote safety activities, 5S practices, and continuous workplace improvement.
Take initial action when equipment problems occur and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Monitor and report machining line KPIs, including machine utilization, quality rate, and productivity.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC programming.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CMM programming.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred, especially in the automotive or automotive parts industry.
Able to communicate effectively and follow proper reporting, communication, and consultation practices (Ho-Ren-So).
