Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Furniture, Furniture Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D; knowledge of Solid Works is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and material requirements.
- Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and furniture construction.
- Strong calculation, attention to detail, and accuracy skills.
- Proficient in using measuring tools to ensure product dimensions meet specifications and required standards.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and meet work targets.
- Active, communicative, energetic, and able to work effectively with others.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, with high integrity and commitment to the company.
