Production QC/QA, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Quality Control (QC) position in a manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting quality inspections during production processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications, and communicating with Chinese management and expatriates regarding quality matters.
Key responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of products during the production process
Ensure products comply with quality standards and specifications
Perform inspection and monitoring of production processes
Identify and report quality issues and defects
Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
Create reports on inspection results and quality findings
Follow up on corrective actions
Communicate with Chinese management and expatriates regarding quality issues
Assist with translation of technical QC/Production communications between Mandarin and Indonesian as needed
About you
Minimum D3/S1 qualification, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience as QC/QA in a manufacturing company
Understanding of basic quality control, inspection and problem solving
Able to read and understand work documents and procedures
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
Able to communicate with Chinese expatriates
Meticulous, responsible with good analytical capabilities
Able to work individually and within a team
Willing to work in production areas and follow operational requirements
