Section Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist store leader in managing assigned sections.
• Conduct job, sales, and service training for sales staff.
• Undertake paperwork/administrative duties independently.
• Able to handle cashier duty and POS terminal.
• Able to handle opening and closing of the store.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned section, such as ordering of stocks, maintaining display SOP, and cleanliness of the overall area.
• Responsible for overall assigned section target.
• Provide necessary reports to stores on ways to increase assigned section sales.
• Provide necessary display/operation training to other staff.
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by the superior occasionally.
• To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and the Management from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Minimum 1 year at supervisory level in the retail industry, especially Active Lifestyle retail
• Trustworthy and strong integrity
• Shown ability to manage people
